The Floating Cinema

The Floating Cinema was a project of media artist, Jon Rubin, that emerged out of his interest in the effect that presentation context has on our response to media. The project took many forms over its 30-year life, from mysterious unannounced performances in small towns, to publicly promoted shows in major cities in the US and abroad.
